I offer a range of packages and add-ons so that you can pick and choose the ideal coverage for your property. All services include high-end retouching/post-processing to achieve the highest quality possible.
I provide the following services/packages:
Standard Property Photography - A daytime photoshoot of a residential property. Includes 25 images.
Empty Section Photography - A daytime photoshoot of a section of land. Includes up to 20 images, both aerial and ground-based.
Video Tour - A video walkthrough of a residential property. Includes a 90 second video with music and titles.
Matterport 3D Tour - Includes a full 3D scan of a property that you can share with others to explore the home online.
Aerial Photography - Drone photos of a property. Includes up 10 10 aerial images (subject to airspace restrictions).
Twilight Shoot - Make your property really stand out with some vibrant twilight photos. Includes 10 images.
Photo + Video Package - Includes both a standard photoshoot and a video tour.
‘The Works’ Package - My most popular package. Includes photos, a video Tour, aerials and a twilight shoot.

My name is Sampford (Sam) Cathie and I’m a Wanaka-based photographer that specialises in architectural photography, commercial photography and videography.
I started my own business in Auckland in 2012, and since then I’ve worked with a myriad of clients to help them tell stories and showcase their projects across the country.
In my downtime, my partner describes me as a “serial hobbyist” - I love to play guitar, hit the slopes, do karate and taste wines, although not all at once. Yet.
